Cancellation Policy
  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at ekamthelabel@gmail.com OR DM us on our Instagram page (@ekamthelabel), OR WhatsApp us at +91 90451 91810, along with the Order ID 
  2. For the cancelled order that has already been dispatched, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer only. Ekam will only refund the product charges to the customer, and so will be done only on receiving back the product in original condition.
Return and Refund Policy
  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at ekamthelabel@gmail.com OR DM us on our Instagram page (@ekamthelabel) OR WhatsApp us at +91 90451 91810, mentioning your Order ID.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost. Any difference in the cost arising due to different selection will be paid by customer.
  3. Returns or Exchanges will not be applicable on products with minor irregularities with respect to stitches, printing and colour difference or crafting irregularities. (Please refer to NO EXCHANGE POLICY below)
  4. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  5. Please inform us about the defect, if any,  within 2 days of delivery and the return should happen within 7 days after informing us about the defect otherwise we would not be able to help you with any kind of exchange/ refund or return whichever suitable. However, exchange or replacement will only be possible if an unpacking video is produced as proof.
  6. Refund will be made to the provided customers account within 10 working days upon receiving the original product from the customer and post inspection of the returned item.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
No Exchange Policy
If you have received the product it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are genuine defects found with the products. We, strictly, do not have returns on the basis of your choice and selection upon receiving the product. You may wish to enquire before placing the order.

    1. Every one of our goods is meticulously handmade by skilled weavers, artisans, and craftsmen who work in isolated craft clusters all across India. Consequently, any variations in the stitches, colours, or designs that you might see are not defects but rather proof of their handmade quality, setting them apart from mass-produced goods.

    1. Technical variances and differing colour settings on various screens (such computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices) can cause colour mismatches. As a result, there may be a minor variation in the colour of the product you see online and its actual look. With our photography, we aim to give true-to-life and accurate depictions of our items.

    1. The production of natural dyes and hand block prints is greatly influenced by the weather. As a result, slight differences in prints and colours could happen based on the weather at the time of creation. These inherent variances are seen as reflections of the skill involved rather than as fIaws.

    1. Small blemishes in the cloth or intricate weaving are natural to the handmade process and do not indicate a problem. Due to the handmade nature of Kota sarees, there may be occasional weaving gaps. They will not be eligible for any kind of returns or exchange.
We advise thoroughly reading the product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure a complete understanding of the item.
